This cake is almost an identical copy of someone else's cake - but I'm sorry to say I have no idea who to give credit to, as I just went by a photo. I made this for a little guy, Graham, who turned one this weekend. Everything is edible except the floral wire I used on the stars. The cake was torted into 4 layers and filled with my favorite new whipped buttercream filling (that uses 3 times as much butter as I typically use and 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream). Blue icing is traditional crusting buttercream and all decor is fondant.
